It all started when...

Let's Roll was founded in 2017 by Spencer Piller in his hometown, Portland, Oregon. Inspired by the recognition of the rapid growth of the fast paced lifestyle, an idea was born. Sushi on the go in sushi burrito form has now been a staple for our regulars ever since.

Using high-quality raw ingredients, a friendly staff and mind blowing scratch made sauce. But Let’s Roll is much more than a sushi burrito spot now that we are inn 2024. We have transitioned fully into what we always dreamed of. Asian Fusion, we have burritos, pokè bowls, salads, Musubi, Mochiko Chicken, traditional sushi and MORE. Roll by one of our 4 locations to taste a blend of all of our favorite ingredients from around the globe.
